How do I get started?

- Complete a Brief form that instructs your vendors to treat us as your agent and to provide us with any information we need to analyze your billings

Are you a telecom provider?
No, we are 100% independent of the telecom companies and, as telecom expense analysts, we provide 100% objective recommendations to lower your telecom expenditures. We receive absolutely NO COMPENSATION from telecom vendors.
Do you buy and resell minutes from telecom vendors or are you provided any kickbacks or incentives from them?
No, we don’t. We do not resell minutes, in some cases we will become “referral partners” or negotiate special agreements with vendors in order to give our clients access to preferred pricing if it is to the advantage of our clients. We do not exclusively sell any one range of products and maintain our stance as objective, vendor agnostic consultants.
Will I have to change telecom providers?
In the majority of cases, we do NOT recommend changing providers. We are able to save an average of 35% (and as much as 80%) simply by renegotiating with your current providers.
Why can PBC get a better deal than I can?
Telecom analysis is our specialty and our full-time job. We know the ins and outs of the plans, incentives and extras that we can get on your behalf and we are also pros and spotting the average of 26% erroneous charges that show up on 80% of telecom bills. We also have proprietary software that reviews your expenses that helps us find the average of 35% extra you are paying for unused and excess telecom capacity.
How much do your services cost?
Our service is FREE if we aren’t able to save your money. We make money on a percentage of the savings that we are able to get on your behalf. Our clients’ savings are significant even after the percentage is paid to us for our negotiation and ongoing review services.
If 80% of telecom bills are incorrect, how can I be assured I’ll continue to save money after you renegotiate for me?
Part of our service and commitment is ongoing monitoring to ensure that you continue to get the best telecom plan for your company. As your business and usage habits change, we continue to look for areas to save. You can rest assured we are always looking for additional ways to save you money because it’s in our best interest, too. It’s the ultimate WIN-WIN!
I don’t have time to pull up all my bills and give you all that information.
It won’t take much of your time at all! We only need a few months worth of historical bills to get started.
Can I do it alone?
You can try! But read “Why can you get a better deal than I can?” and – be advised – as soon as you start negotiating terms with your telecom vendors and signing contracts, we have less room to maneuver on your behalf. We may still be able to save you money but we may not be able to save you as much! Having said that, if you’d like to try, we still want to help… here’s a resource to help you negotiate better on smaller telecom plans but if your telecom spend is over $1000 per month (between mobile, landline, conferencing and internet data services) we do not advise you going it alone.
How much can I expect to save?

What if the phone companies all drop their rates next year?
First of all, based on history, that won’t happen. But if it does, remember that we are here to continually audit your bills and negotiate on your behalf and we will be able to advocate for you in the event of any significant changes in telecom service plans.
How can you GUARANTEE you’ll save me money?
We can’t but we are pretty sure. But, the guarantee is that if we don’t save you money, you don’t pay!
Can you just look at my cell plans and not my landline or data or conferencing?
Yes – we can look at any one of the components of your telecom expenses or any combination of your telecom expenses. However, we can often save you MORE if we analyze and negotiate all of your telecom expenses at once because we can build custom bundles for you.
Do you help individuals with their cell plans?
We aren’t able to negotiate personal cell plans but we do offer a FREE resource to help you negotiate more powerfully!
